Seventeen acoustic pods across five floors of a Paris head office
We’re pleased to share photos from the French head office of our long-standing client, Bain & Company, which recently enhanced its impressive Paris location with a range of Hushoffice pods designed for various functions. The project was completed in phases, with our products supporting the client throughout each stage, aligning with the ongoing development of the workspace and the company’s evolving needs. In the final phase, as Bain & Company experienced workforce growth and shifts in work styles - particularly due to the rise of remote work and new modes of collaboration such as more frequent video calls - the company chose to adapt its office to these changes. The updated workspace now includes comfortable, acoustically advanced pods that provide privacy and quiet for phone and video calls.
Today, Bain & Company’s Paris office features 17 Hushoffice acoustic pods. The first units were installed in 2022, with additional Hushhybrid and Hushmeet booths added in 2025. Alongside earlier models - Hushphone and Hushmeet L - these pods are tailored to meet the needs of a 400-person team. The booths are distributed across five of the six floors occupied by Bain & Company.
