SEB banka in Riga

We’re excited to share photos from the Latvia head office of SEB banka. Their impressive Riga workspace has been enriched with Hushoffice pods - in one of the most sustainable offices in Latvia. The project even earned a BREEAM Outstanding certificate already during the construction phase.

The project aimed to create a modern office environment with strong emphasis on specific functional zones: fewer traditional workstations, more zones that support socialization, plus a smart balance between individual and collaborative work. Everything fully aligned with the SEB brandbook and values.

The final effect is truly remarkable. The collaboration area includes stand-up zones, informal meeting spots, and spaces for events and presentations. The focused & individual work areas feature quiet spaces, shared workstations, and a library. Both zones, along with the common areas, are equipped with Hushoffice pods. In total, the SEB office houses 20 pods, a mix of Hushfree S booths for one-person phone and video calls and Hushfree XM pods for shorter meetings and collaboration. All pods come equipped with the Hushassistant module, giving employees full control over ventilation, light intensity, and colour.

Employees can also enjoy social spaces like the kitchen, coffee corners, lounge, terrace, and a wellness zone with a gym and sauna. For customer meetings, the office offers enclosed bookable rooms.
